Each frond has a wire spine. Splay the lower ones wide and lift the crown, and it stops looking like it came out of a box. Ten minutes of shaping is the difference between good and obvious.

Real indoor palms shed constantly and brown at the tips the moment humidity drops. This one needs a wipe with a damp cloth twice a year.
