How tracking works
- We pack your order. Orders are picked and packed within 1 to 2 business days. You will already have an order confirmation at this point, but no tracking number yet.
- You get a tracking number. The moment your parcel leaves the warehouse we email you a shipping confirmation with the carrier and tracking number.
- Tracking goes live in 24 to 48 hours. Carriers often do not scan a parcel until it reaches their first sorting hub. A number that shows nothing on day one is normal.
- Delivery. Standard US delivery is 4 to 8 business days after dispatch. International is 7 to 16 business days. If tracking has not moved in 5 business days, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation.
Cannot find your tracking number?
It is in the shipping confirmation email we sent when your parcel left the warehouse. Check your spam folder. If it is not there, email us with your order number and we will resend it.
