Nature of the business

We are an online retailer of artificial botanical décor: faux, silk and real-touch flowers, foliage and planters. We sell direct to consumers. We do not operate physical retail premises and the address above is not open to the public.

Everything we sell is artificial. Nothing in our range is living, preserved or edible.

Product imagery and descriptions

Product photography is supplied to us by the manufacturers and vendors of the items we sell and remains their property. Images are intended to represent each product accurately, but colours vary between screens and dye lots vary between production runs. Dimensions and stem counts are as supplied to us by the manufacturer.

Intellectual property

The Small Plot name, logo, site design, layout and original written content are the property of Scale Media LLC and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or republish them without our written permission. All third-party trade marks referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

Accuracy and availability

We take reasonable care to keep prices, descriptions and stock levels accurate, but errors occur. Where a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour the error. We may change, limit or withdraw any product at any time.
