This store is operated by The Small Plot, a brand of Scale Media LLC, 1621 Central Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. "We", "us" and "our" refer to that entity. Using this site or buying from us means you accept these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order.
3. Products, images and pricing
Everything we sell is artificial. Faux, silk and real-touch botanicals are decorative reproductions of plants and flowers. They are not living, they are not preserved, and they are not edible.
Product photography is supplied by our manufacturers and vendors and is intended to represent the item accurately. Colours vary between screens, and dye lots vary between production runs, so the exact tone you receive may differ slightly from the photograph. Prices may change without notice. Where an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel and refund rather than honour the error.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation, not when you pay. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be from resellers, orders flagged for fraud, and orders we cannot ship to. Cancelled orders are refunded in full.
5. Appearance, materials and shaping
Stems, plumes and fronds ship compressed to protect them in transit and are designed to be shaped by hand on arrival. Some bending, flattening or creasing on unpacking is normal and is not a defect. Items with a bendable wire core are intended to be posed, and repeated hard bending at the same point will eventually fatigue the wire.
Real-touch coatings are a surface treatment. They are durable in normal indoor use but can mark under solvents, heat or abrasion.
Unless a listing states otherwise, all items are for indoor use only. Outdoor exposure will fade colour and degrade materials, and is not covered.
6. Safety
These are decorative objects, not toys and not food. Wire cores are sharp when cut, and trimmed ends should be handled with care. Small components and faux fruit present a choking hazard and should be kept away from young children and pets. Keep all items away from open flame, hobs, heaters and candles: silk and plastic botanicals are flammable. We are not liable for injury or damage caused by misuse or by use contrary to these instructions.

8. Intellectual property
The Small Plot name, logo, site design and original written content are our property. You may not copy, reproduce or republish them without written permission. Product photography remains the property of the respective manufacturers and vendors.
9. Prohibited uses
You may not use this site to attempt unauthorised access, scrape or harvest data, upload malicious code, interfere with security features, or harass any person.
10. Third-party links
The site links to third-party services including carrier tracking and payment providers. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This does not affect statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the site or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Scale Media LLC and its officers and employees against any claim arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, it is severed and the rest stays in force.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
16. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continuing to use the site constitutes acceptance.
